Every plan starts here

Base plan: back office & your business numberOne app on your phone for every call, message, order, booking and invoice, and your own number for texts.
What it does
  • Every call, text, website enquiry, Facebook and Instagram message in one Today list, and you reply from there on the door the customer used.
  • Orders, bookings, posts and money owed each have their own screen, depending on your modules.
  • Your own business number: customers text it, and your texts to them come from it.
  • Your customers get texts; you get the back office. A text to you is only a tap on the shoulder.

What it does
  • A shop-front website made for phones first, from your own photos, words and prices.
  • Enquiries, bookings and orders from it land straight in your back office.
  • Hosted for as long as you're with us. Your domain name stays in your name.

*A domain transfer fee may apply. See an example café's site →

Add what grinds: with your customers

What it does
  • You're on the tools and the phone rings out. Within seconds the caller gets a text from your business number asking what they need.
  • Their reply, and any voicemail typed out, land on your phone as a written-up job.
  • They can pick a free time from your calendar and book themselves in. A reminder goes the day before.
  • Urgent, or asks for you by name? It's handed straight to you.

From you: call divert switched on with your phone company, your hours and your job types.

Texts: sent from your business number, 10c each.

What it does
  • Customers order ahead on your website, by text, or in a Facebook or Instagram message.
  • Each order is read against your menu, read back to the customer, priced and confirmed.
  • Pay now by card or Apple Pay, or pay at the counter. The money goes straight to your own Square account.
  • Every order lands on one counter screen. Press Ready and the customer gets a text.
  • Allergies, off-menu requests and big orders go to a person.

From you: your menu with prices and sizes, and a Square account.

Texts: 10c each. Facebook, Instagram and website orders need fewer. Card fees are Square's, paid by you.

What it does
  • The same questions, again and again: open hours, prices, do you service my area. Answered in seconds from what you've told us.
  • Bookings, quotes and orders taken right there in the chat.
  • Hands over to you by the rules you set: a complaint, a price that's not on the list, or "can I talk to someone?"
  • Every conversation shows in your back office, and you can reply from there.

From you: admin access to your Facebook Page and Instagram, your prices, hours and area, and your ten most common questions.

What it does
  • When a job is done or an order collected, the customer gets a friendly text with a one-tap link to leave a Google review.
  • One polite reminder a few days later, never more.
  • Each new review gets a reply drafted in your voice. You tap OK and it's posted.
  • A low score? You're told straight away, so you can make it right.
  • Your Google Business Profile completed and kept current: services, prices, hours, photos.

From you: manager access to your Google Business Profile.

Texts: review requests are 10c each.

What it does
  • Send photos as you work. Each week a post is drafted from them, in your voice.
  • You approve with a tap, or by texting OK. Ask for a change and it's redrafted.
  • Published to Facebook and Instagram at the times your customers are on.
  • Nothing posts without your OK.

From you: your Facebook Page and Instagram connected, photos as you go, and what you want to be known for.

In the office

What it does
  • Every email sorted into three piles: needs you, reply drafted, filed.
  • Replies drafted in your own voice, waiting in your Drafts folder for you to send.
  • The common questions you approve (hours, "where's my quote?", "do you do…?") can be answered automatically. Everything else waits for you.
  • One morning text: how many need you, and the urgent ones by name.

From you: your Gmail or Outlook connected, a few of your own replies to learn your voice, and who counts as urgent.

What it does
  • Bookings from every door land in your Google or Outlook calendar, with travel time between jobs.
  • Confirmations and reminders send themselves, so fewer no-shows.
  • A cancellation offers the spot to the next person on the waitlist.
  • Rain on the forecast? Outdoor jobs are moved and the customers told. Staff get their shifts by text.

From you: your calendar, how long each job takes, and your rules (hours, how far ahead, who does what).

Texts: reminders are 10c each. Pay and award rules stay in your payroll system.

What it does
  • Mark the job done and the invoice is made in Xero and texted to the customer with a link to pay by card.
  • Polite reminders on the days you choose, firmer if you want them, until it's paid.
  • A text to you when the money lands. Who owes what is always in your back office.
  • The customer gets a receipt link once they've paid.

From you: your Xero connected, your payment terms, and how firm the reminders should be.

Texts: 10c each. Card fees and your Xero subscription are paid by you.

What it does
  • Take a photo of the receipt in your back office, or forward a supplier's bill by email.
  • The supplier, total, GST and date are read for you, and the sums are checked.
  • It's matched to the job it belongs to and filed in Xero against the right expense type.
  • Can't read it, a big amount, or no job matches? You get one quick question instead of a guess.
  • No more glovebox of receipts, and no lost weekend at the end of the quarter.

From you: your Xero connected, your list of expense types, and your bookkeeper's OK on how things are filed.

Texts: none needed. Your Xero subscription is paid by you.

What it does
  • SEO (search engine optimisation): your website, Google profile and local listings set up so Google shows you for the searches your customers make, in your area.
  • AEO (answer engine optimisation): more people now ask an AI. We make sure ChatGPT, Google's AI answers and Perplexity can read who you are, what you do and where, and recommend you.
  • The questions customers really ask, answered on your own site.
  • A short monthly report in plain words: where you show up, what the AIs say about you, and what we changed.

From you: access to your website (we build it if you take the free one) and your Google profile.

What it does
  • A morning briefing by text: today's jobs, who's booked, who owes you, what needs you first.
  • Ask it anything about your business by text: "Who still owes me from last month?" "What's on Thursday?" "Draft a quote for the Smiths' bathroom."
  • It chases the follow-ups you'd forget, and reminds you of what's slipping.
  • It reads your back office, calendar and email to answer. It drafts, you decide. It never sends money or signs anything.

From you: the modules it should read (works best with Email and Calendar), and a first chat about how you like things done.

Texts: chat with it in your back office for free, or by text at 10c a message.
