There's no set-up fee. The free automation check prices your exact set-up before you agree to anything, and you pay nothing until it's running.

No. You pay month to month and can stop any time by telling us in writing. When you stop, we disconnect your accounts, give you a copy of your records if you ask, and delete what we hold.

No. We set it up, connect it to the accounts you already use, and look after it. You get one back office on your phone where calls, messages, orders and money owed land. Everything else runs behind it.

It can misread a message, so we build in checks. Prices only come from your own price list, orders are read back to the customer before they're accepted, and anything unclear goes to a person.

You set the rules for when you take over. Nothing is posted in your name without your OK, and automatic email replies only go out if you switch them on. They answer from your own information and never quote a price.

No. Customers keep calling the number they already have. If you can't pick up, the call diverts to a business number we set up for you, and the text back goes from there. You switch the divert on from your own phone, and we send you the code.

Never. You add us as a manager on your own accounts, or press a connect button. Your accounts stay in your name, and you can remove us any time.

Your records and your customers' conversations belong to your business. They're kept in private storage in Sydney and used only to run your service. They're never sold, used for advertising or used to train AI, and you can ask for a copy any time.

Most businesses are up and running within 48 hours. Your part is one short chat, then about ten minutes to watch it run with us before it goes live. Some steps wait on Google or Meta, for example verifying a Google Business Profile can take a few days, so we start those first.

No. Every customer can have a new shop-front website at no charge, built from your own photos, words and prices. Already have a site you like? We add our enquiry form to it instead. Either way, your domain stays in your name.
